1	Driver not assigned	Alert 36h before the ride	New, Seen, In progress, Resolved, Expired
2	Driver’s confirmation not received	Alert 24h before the ride	New, Seen, In progress, Resolved, Expired
3	Driver has not pressed “start ride” in the app.	Alert 20 min before the start with the client.	New, Seen, In progress, Resolved, Expired
4	Driver has not pressed “Finish ride” in the app	Alert 15 min after planned finish with the client. (5 min job run seq)	New, Seen, In progress, Resolved, Expired

New booking

Alerts about the new bookings will be sent also to Administrator, Logistics Manager and Sales Manager emails as a free form text. 

Alert texts for the drivers
